1. Booking and Reservations
All bookings are subject to availability and must be confirmed via our official communication channels:
A reservation is only considered valid once confirmation has been sent by DeeRocket Hotel via email, phone, or text message.
Guests are required to provide valid identification upon check-in.
Room rates are subject to change without prior notice, especially during peak seasons or special events.
2. Check-In and Check-Out Policy
Check-in time: From 2:00 PM
Check-out time: By 12:00 PM
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may attract additional charges.
Guests who fail to check out by the required time may be charged for an extra night.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the check-in time are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before arrival may be subject to a charge equal to one night’s stay.
No-shows without prior notice will be charged the full rate of the first night.
Refunds (where applicable) will be processed through the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
4. Guest Conduct and Responsibility
Guests are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly at all times.
Any damage caused to hotel property, facilities, or furnishings by the guest will result in applicable repair or replacement charges, payable by the guest before departure.
The hotel reserves the right to evict any guest or visitor who causes a disturbance, engages in illegal activity, or fails to follow hotel policies.
5. Occupancy Policy
Room occupancy must not exceed the allowed number for the room type.
Extra guests must be declared at check-in and may attract additional fees.
Children under 12 years stay free when sharing with an adult and using existing bedding (one child per room unless otherwise stated).
6. Use of Facilities
Use of the gym, lounge, bar, and other facilities is at the guest’s own risk.
Proper gym attire and behavior are required in the fitness area. Guests must clean up after use and follow all posted safety guidelines.
Private events hosted within DeeRocket Hotel facilities must be pre-approved, and all event terms agreed upon in writing.
No outside food or drinks are allowed in public areas such as the lounge or VIP section without written consent from management.
7. Smoking and Alcohol Policy
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor rooms and apartments. A cleaning fee will apply for violations.
Alcohol consumption is only allowed in designated areas such as the bar, lounge, and within private rooms.
Guests must be 18 years and above to purchase or consume alcohol on the premises.
8. Lost and Found
DeeRocket Hotel is not responsible for personal items left behind.
Found items will be held for a period of 14 days. Guests may retrieve items in person or request delivery at their own expense.
9. Parking and Vehicle Safety
Free on-site parking is available to all registered guests.
While security is provided, DeeRocket Hotel is not liable for theft, damage, or loss of any vehicle or belongings left inside the vehicle.
10. Liability and Disclaimer
DeeRocket Hotel shall not be held liable for any personal injury, loss, damage, accident, delay, or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, power outages, or emergencies.
Guests are advised to safeguard their belongings and lock their doors when leaving the room.
11. Privacy and Data Protection
Guest data collected during the booking or check-in process is securely stored and used only for communication, operational, and legal purposes.
We do not share your personal information with third parties without consent, except where required by law.
12. Modifications to Terms
DeeRocket Hotel reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
Updated terms will be posted on our website and will take immediate effect upon publication.
